Fatal Error – E_ERROR but site seems to be working ok

6 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 6 years ago

I went to edit a blank page today and got this error message.

As far as I can see, the site is working without issue but I’m about to launch my cart to hundreds of customers and hope this doesn’t cause issue with this.

I’ve never seen an error like this and hope it’s a quick fix.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Natalie

At DashboardUpdates is there perhaps a pending update for the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle?

  2. Natalie Wilson 6 years, 3 months ago

All plugins are up to date. There is a wordpress update pending however. I’m in the middle of my busy season so haven’t had a chance to backup and update that. Do you think that might cause the issue?

Thanks for the update. Please, try deactivating and then deleting Page Builder, once done, reinstall Page Builder from PluginsAdd New. No data will be lost during this process but it doesn’t hurt to create a backup point if you have the means to do so.

Hi Natalie, sorry, I meant to say deactivate, delete and re-install the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle plugin. Thanks.
