failed to authenticate to redis: Err max number of clients reached

I logged into my WP editor and tried to edit a page, but the widgets won’t load and I get an error: “failed to authenticate to redis: ERR max number of clients reached”

I am unsure if this is an error from my web hosting provider or not, but I appear to have my theme functioning and other plugins are working, but the siteOrigin plugins are all missing. I see the error in the Live Page Builder, but the widgets aren’t appearing on my site either.

    This is an issue with your website / server, and sadly, it’s not something we can resolve. Please contact your hosting provider for further assistance.
