Facebook share with wrong picture

When I make an article or page with SiteOrigin widgets and want to like or share that page on Facebook, post have Site Logo instead of article featured image or some other picture from post.

How can I rezolve this?

    Thanks for posting.

    If your theme has a method of hiding the page featured image you could add a featured image, that will usually be used for sharing.

    Hi Andrew!

    Thank for your help. My site have some feature to hide featured images, only when read post.
    If post is simple, just some text and photos, publish to FB works fine. Only if insert some SiteOrigin widgets.
    How can I add another featured image for sharing purposes?

    Thanks. When testing you can use https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/. This is a way of seeing which image FB will use before posting.

    Yoast has a detailed post explaining how FB selects the image https://yoast.com/advanced-technical-seo-social-image-ogimage-tags/. Do you perhaps want to try installing Yoast SEO to see if it’ll help select a better image in the case of the problem post? An alternative might be https://wordpress.org/plugins/wonderm00ns-simple-facebook-open-graph-tags/ which states that you can select the image, perhaps its worth a try.
