Extra spacing on collapsed rows

Hi,

I have built a menu row so that when it collapses in mobile view the 4 columns collapse down into 2.
However there is a big margin between them – and I would really like them to be right against each other with no space in between (so it looks like two unbroken lines of bullet points). Is this possible?
I have tried it as a text box widget and a menu widget but there is always a space in-between:
