Extra space on the right when viewing from mobile device?

My site is gracemedicaloffice.com and I am happy with how it looks when visiting from a desktop, but when viewing from a mobile device there is all this extra space on the right. It also cuts of some of the content at certain points. Can anyone help?
Here’s a screen shot of what I’m talking about, if it helps at all.
