Error with Rows as Columns

Hello, with the 2.5x versions of Pagebuilder, I have been experiencing a glitch in which the columns of a given row sit down below one another rather than side by side. This glitch is resolved when rolling back to 2.4x. The glitch was persistent even after disabling all other site plugins.

2.5x columns sit as:

x
x
x

2.4x Columns sit as:

Everything works fine with the 2.4x version. I look forward to future updates of your plugin once the glitch is resolved!

Best,
Jake

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jake,

Preface: This issue has been resolved for all but a few select websites. If following the advice outlined in this reply doesn’t help, you’ll need to update SiteOrigin Page Builder so I can inspect the resulting markup as your issue is specific to your setup and not something we’re able to work towards fixing until we know the cause.

Please update SiteOrgin page Builder and then navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Layout tab. Set the Use Legacy Layout Engine to Always. How does that look?

If you’re using BWP, this is this is a configuration issue with Better WordPress minify. This can be fixed by navigating to WP AdminBWP MinifyEnqueued Files and find siteorigin-panels-front (file: front-flex.css) and select it. Click Not Minify and then Save.

Can’t see this file? Please click clear list and then view a few pages to refresh the enqueued files list.

if you’re using a minify plugin, similar to BWP, this issue likely affects your minify plugin also. I would recommend taking a look through its settings to see if you can clear its cache (which will allow for the new SiteOrigin Page Builder assets to be used).

If the above doesn’t help, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
