With https activated, please go to this post here: https://devmobile.net.br/download-whatsapp-clone-free/, delete the featured image and add a new one, or the same one, just with a different image file name.
Let me know if that has any effect. On the home page, that carousel featured image is being delivered from http, not https, that’s causing the problem.
Perhaps also confirm that you’ve updated both urls at Settings > General.
