We have updated WordPress and plugins, purged the cache, as well as tried to edit the page directly from the database. This message appears whenever we press “Edit Page” from both the front end and back end. This only occurs on the About page.
Hi, thanks for getting in touch.
Please, try seeking a working baseline. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder and perhaps the Widgets Bundle. If you’re using the Classic Editor, you can leave that activated. With at most those three plugins activate, does the issue persist?
Yes. After deactivating all plugins besides Page Builder, Widgets Bundle & Classic Editor, I get the same error.
Thanks for trying and for the update. Please, try extending the conflict test:
– Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.
– Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder, Widgets Bundle & Classic Editor.
Does the issue persist?
Yes, the issue still persists.
Thanks for trying. You can perhaps try enabling WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG to see if anything useful is printed to the WordPress PHP error file:
