Error Message in SiteOrigin Editor

All of a sudden I’m unable to update my SiteOrigin editor via my Dashboard Page Builder. This is the error message I get:

SiteOrigin Editor
Unknown error. Failed to load the form. Please check your internet connection, contact your web site administrator, or try again later.

I am running the updated version of WP – 5.5.1, Hello Foxy Theme and Genesis 3.3.3. What am I missing? Thank you in advance.

    Hi Taryn

    Thanks for reaching out.

If the issue is persisting, please, try a quick plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. In that state, does the issue persist?

I did that just now, and it’s still displaying the same error message!

Thanks for running the test. Please, try opening your browser console, take a screenshot of the contents, upload it to imgur.com or similar and send us the link. Here is how to open the console https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis.
