error loading video in siteorigin video player

Hello, I am trying to upload a video in the siteorigin video player or in the hero widget. It is an MP4 video that I have saved on my computer, however I get the following error when I try to preview the widget: error loading this resource.

I got the same error after converting the video to webm.

    Hi Andrea,

    Unfortunately, we’re not too sure why this may be happening. Can you please try viewing previewing the widget again and when the error occurs, please send me the contents of your browser console. Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.
