Hello guys,
In the page editing, as soon as I add a widget and click to edit it, it opens the widget window with an error message (https://screenshot.net/pt/23o77a5).
I noticed that this only happens with the tagDiv widgets. TagDiv is the theme of my site.
I was planning to get the premium version, but I wanted to resolve this conflict first. Can you tell me why this is happening?
And also wondered if the Premium SiteOrigin plugin in Single works for both the main site and subdomains?
Thank you and I await.
Rodrigo Carlos
Hi Rodrigo,
Unfortunately, this is a sign that the widget you’re using doesn’t maintain a consistent internal widget id. Basically, every time you load a new page the id has changed of the TagDiv widget. This means that we can’t load the settings as the widget they were set for no longer exists. Unfortunately, this isn’t something we can fix and you’ll need to report this issue to the developers of the widget. Sorry mate, I wish we could help with this.
SiteOrigin Premium license is installed based so only the main site will work with the license. It should, however, be noted that we allow for development and staging sites so they will still be covered.
