Error 500 Appearance > Customize

Hello

I have been working on this website (adarockhampton.org.au) and I have used the Vantage theme but when trying to launch the Appearance > Customize function it launches an Error 500 Internal Server Error.

Any Help would be good thanks

    Hi Tooth,

    I suspect the reason you’re not seeing anything is due to reaching the memory limit per page. I know that might sound odd but we use the customizer heavily in our themes so the performance requirements are larger. I would recommend giving this article a read on how to increase the memory limit. If you’re unfamiliar with FTP, I would recommend asking your hosting provider for help with editing this file.
