Empty space between main menu and slider

Hi,

I’ve read through the support requests talking about the same issue I am experiencing with the Vantage Theme. I bought the premium version, but because of the requirements of having the menu below the main slider, I am now using the child theme. Besides that I am using the pre build agency layout with a bigger and wider slider option in the page body.
Whatever I try, including Custom CSS, I can’t get rid of the empty space (approx. 23px) between the menu and the slider.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Andre

    Thanks for your support.

The easiest solution would be to remove the entire row holding the Meta Slider widget. Then go to Appearance > Theme Settings > Home and select your slider using that drop down menu.

    Should do the trick.

Thanks for your rapid response Andrew. The issue is that actually the homepage should be the only page with the menu at the top of the page and then the full page slider should come below. Other pages will first have a slider followed with a menu below. Is there any other way possible?

    Hi, I Work Here

Sorry, not sure I’m following you. The same steps can be taken for this page here: http://www.villapresentje.nl/burosinot/. Just edit the page and select the page slider from the right column page slider drop down menu. The remove the slider widget from within Meta Slider.

    Which page are we inspecting?
