    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi lgbaines

Sorry to hear about the hassle. Can you please confirm a video page that you’ve checked on desktop and mobile.

    Thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks. I’m not seeing videos on desktop either:

That Page Builder row looks blank. How were the videos inserted?

I’m wondering if my videos need to be in a PageBuilder text widget? I noticed that only one of my front page video links would open in mobile (Shoppers Watch Videos.)

The videos were embedded in the standard text tab of the editor.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the wait here. To confirm, it’s not possible to manage a page via Visual and Text tabs AND Page Builder. You need to choose between one or the other. So if you’re managing content via Page Builder you need to insert the videos via a Page Builder widget. If you’d like to use a TinyMCE widget please install:

    http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/

And then insert the Visual Editor widget into Page Builder.

    Hope this helps.
