I need to embed a map in a pop up window on our site… ( this modal will show up after clic on a map icon)
i’m using the site origin google map widget but i cannot figure out how to generate an embed code that I could paste in my pop up…

Hi Francois
Thanks for posting. This could perhaps be done with another Google Maps plugin that can embed a map in a shortcode. For the moment I can’t think of how you’d do this with the SiteOrigin Google Maps widget.
really ? I should be able to embed it : I just need the code of the map so I can create an embed that will work in a pop up… any idea ?
thanks

Unfortunately, Page Builder uses widgets. All of the lightbox plugins I’ve used that allow HTML work in a very specific way. I can’t see a way to do this, given the way Page Builder works and given the way lightbox HTML plugins work. My idea would be to user another Maps plugin for this, ideally a maps plugin that creates maps in a central location and then allows you to embed them using a shortcode. Page Builder, unfortunately, doesn’t function in this manner.
