Edits in Visual Editor randomly not saved

I cannot update the content on a page with Visual Composer widgets in PageBuilder. For one widget, I tried a few times before it finally took, but now I’ve made the same edit 6 times in another panel, and every time I save the page, the old content comes back.

    If I switch from Text to Visual before clicking the Done button, the edits are saved.
