Hi,
I’ve seen a number of posts about this issue but can’t quite find an answer to the problem. I have Page Builder with the SiteOrigin Widgets plugin installed and although it says it’s active, the Editor widget, along with the SiteOrigin widgets tab is no longer appearing when I go to add a widget into a post.
Posts and pages are enabled in the Page Builder settings, I’ve deactivated all widgets except for the Page Builder, still no luck. How do I resolve?
Hi Kscott29
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin Theme, can you please try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related?
To clarify, by editor widget do you mean the literal widget or the SiteOrigin Page Builder tab? If it’s the widget, please navigate to WP AdminPluginsSiteOrigin Widgets and ensure the SiteOrigin Editor widget is active.
Hi Alex,
Thanks for the reply. It’s within a post. When you click + Add Widget, the SiteOrigin Editor does not appear, even though it’s active in the WP Admin panel Plugins >> SiteOrigin Widgets.
When I change the theme to the default Twenty Seventeen, I see the same issue.
Hi Kscott29,
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
