Hello i got an huge blue area of around 820px height since update to WP 5.02 and update to the last SiteOrigin plugins.
This occurs for every new rows.
Do you have any idea ? seems that every new row takes my screen height instead of adapting to the height of the widgets bars.
Hi Olivier
Sorry to hear about the hassle. Are you able to check in your hosting control panel which PHP version you’re using? Alternatively, you can check quickly with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/server-ip-memory-usage/. Once activated, information is added to your footer in the WordPress admin.
Hi we are running php 7.1, but the problem occurs only with Opera, so i guess it’s a javascript or CSS compatibility issue with the browser.
Thanks for checking. We aren’t doing any Opera testing but I know the issue you’re seeing there. You could try doing a quick plugin test to check for a working baseline. Does the issue change with all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated?
Hello after checking, it appears that the following plugin is in conflict with the theme builder: Featured Image from URL
when i deactivate i got the normal row height like the other browsers.
If you need the plugin in question, you could enable debug in your wp-config.php file to see if any errors are printing. Here is how: https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG. The change would need to be done via FTP or Hosting File Manager. When troubleshooting is complete you’d disable debug.
