    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Salman

    Sorry to hear about the problem. Hopefully, you’ve made some progress since posting.

    To confirm, everything looks normal but the SiteOrigin Editor isn’t working? When you say it isn’t working, can you open the widget?

    Try going to Users, editing your user account and ensure that the option to disable the Visual Editor when editing is not enabled.

    If that doesn’t help, please try doing a plugin conflict test. Does the issue resolve if you temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks for trying those two steps.

    Please, try checking for another baseline by temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and then switching to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen. If you’re using a caching plugin it should be cleared before deactivating.

    Any change when doing this test?

    But, I using Vantage theme! Why this ?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks for the update. This test isn’t necessary if you’re using Vantage.

    Please try accessing your server using FTP or Hosting File Manager. The File Manager is available in your hosting control panel. Download wp-config.php from your WordPress root directory and just after wp_debug insert the following line:

    define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);

    This is how it’ll look in wp-config.php: https://imgur.com/a/KB72Dpc
