Editor not working on Page builder

Hi

Editing options do not appear in page builder, instead the screen loads continuously or my website appears without any editing options. Using visual or text editor separately does not give any issues, on when using them inside page builder. Tried the deleting caches in the web browser and looking for conflicting plugins by deactivating non-site origin plugins but no luck, even when I change themes the issue still persists. Website is www.chapp.co.za and I run WordPress 4.7 and a premium vantage theme

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
