Editor bug – Double tabs, white text

After recent updates, there seems to be a bug involving the editor. After switching from Visual to Text a double set of tabs show and the textarea under the “Text” tab is styled white. This happens on both SiteOrigin Editor widget and custom widgets that use the editor.

I have deactivated all plugins besides Page Builder by SiteOrigin 2.5.9 and SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle 1.9.5, and switched to Twentyseventeen theme.

Running WordPress 4.8.

I did some searching but couldn’t find any other topics on this issue. Is this a known bug?

    Hi Tim,

    Does this issue still occur for you after updating to the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle to 1.9.6? If so, does clearing your browser cache help?

    I took a quick look. So far so good. I’ll let you know if it pops back up after more extensive editing.
