Editor and Formatting

2 problems:

1 – The text style and sizing does not work on editor. I’ve read forums here saying to clear cache. I’ve tried that and still no luck. Any ideas?

2 – How can I decrease the white space prior to an image heading? Again, I’ve read forums on here in how to do so, but nothing has helped with the large white spaces. I can provide screenshots if needed as my site is under maintenance.

Thanks,

Bell

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Bella,

    1. Are you using the latest version of the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle – 1.9.7? If so, to confirm, did you clear your browser cache (I’m double checking to ensure you didn’t clear your page cache instead)? If you did, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    2. I’d like to help you with this issue. Unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of the support we’re able to offer on our free forums. There is a fair amount of custom work involved.

We do offer this level of support to our premium users, so if you’d like to upgrade to SiteOrigin Premium, then I can help you over email support.

If you’d prefer not to upgrade to SiteOrigin Premium, then you can hire a WordPress developer from Codeable. They’ll charge you an hourly rate for any work done.
