Editing page when clicking on a widget is blank

I am trying to edit a page. I am in the page builder. When I click on a widget to edit, the screen is blank white.

I tried the option to deactivate all other plugins and then clearing my browser history. That did not work.

I am running the same theme on two different servers, both using SiteOrigin page builder. Both have been updated with the newest version of wordpress.

The webpage on SiteGround is working fine. The one on FatCow is not. Could the server be the issue?

    Hi Wendy,

    A blank white page is a sign of a PHP error. Can you please enable WP_DEBUG? Enabling WP_DEBUG will allow for an error message to appear on the previously blank page and that error message will clarify what’s going wrong.

    You can enable WP_DEBUG by editing your wp-config.php file. If you need help with this, I would reach out to your hosting provider for assistance with editing this file.
