Hello I desperately need some help. I have built all my product pages on page builder and after coming back from the christmas holidays I have found I can no longer edit, change or even veiw the widgets and rows. The content is still there when i preview it, ive tried everything i can think of to get them to show up but it’s not wrking. Ive tried creating a press new product and as soon as a click widget it all dissapears.

To clarify, what eCommerce plugin are you using to handle your products? Or are you manually creating each page manually? As in, are you using something like WooCommerce? If so, what is the name of the plugin?
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins (if you are using an eCommerce plugin, please leave it active) and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
