I’ve tried in all browsers, but the editable text region is no longer editable.
I’m using the MinamazePro theme.
We are using WordPress 4.8 which is running on PHP 5.6
Unable to edit existing content or add new text blocks – this is a blocking issue.
Hi VeriClouds,
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If the above doesn’t help, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
I have disabled all of the plugins and the editable region is still not editable.
We are unable to edit/update any of our site content because of this issue, and it’s rather urgent to fix now.
I just purchased Premium to tro and expedite the support of this issue. I’m not even sure the premium plugin will fix things.
I am using SiteOrigin Page Builder 2.4.4 and just purchased SiteOrigin Premium 1.03
Hi VeriClouds,
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
