edit vantage theme header text to be link

The upper right imformation in the vantage theme is currently just text on one line. I want to break my text into 2 lines and make them links. I know the html will be something like this

(845) 353-4444
327 N Highland Ave, Nyack, NY

but i dont know where to put it or how to access the html. Can someone help?

    Hi Katie,

    I would recommend replacing the header text with a text widget. To do this, please make a copy of what you’re currently using and then navigate to WP AdminAppearanceWidgets and add a text widget to your header. Then structure it as desired.
