Hi guys

I created the whole website with your page builder plugin. I love it. But suddenly today
after update I can’t EDIT the page. Each time I am trying to EDIT I see the blank page.
What to do?? I also use VANTAGE PREMIUM website if thi can help.

    I am new in creating websites. That is my first one. So far everything went good.

    Hi Maciej

    Sorry to hear about this problem. Please try temporarily de-activating all plugins except for Page Builder. If the issue then resolves try re-activating your plugins one by one, check the problem after each activation.

    Thanks for reply. I’ve already tried this option. I also tried to do it in 3 different browsers. Same thing.

    Any ideas?

    Try testing with a default theme like Twenty Thirteen activated – also with all plugins except for Page Builder de-activated.

    Also try testing with a new page.

    After the new SiteOrigin page builder plugin update, I am also experiencing this “blank page with spinning wheel”

    Ok I am trying to do that. I tried also on different computer.

    Plus did the following, except the third point.

    * Can you make sure that the page builder meta box is enabled? When editing a page, there’s a tab called “Screen Options” in the top left. Click this, and make sure that “Page Builder” is checked.

    * Try refreshing your browser cache. ( http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ in case you’re not familiar with how to do this).

    * Can you check for any Javascript or other console errors – http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis

    Unfortunatelly same thing.. nothing change.. Stil blank pages.. I am in contact with Greg, he suggested to download some update for my pannel. I will try to do that and let you know!

    We’ve just pushed that version live. Please try updating to Page Builder version 2.0.1 as the update becomes available to you. We expect it will resolve the problem.

    I just noticed that this issue has been going on in email and on these forums. Sorry if that’s been causing confusion.

    For now, I’d suggest rolling back to Page Builder 1.5.4 and see if that fixes the issue for you. You can find that here.

    It’s a strange issue. As I mentioned on email, Page Builder is working perfectly for me when I logged in to your admin. The only thing I can think is that there’s some sort of ISP caching happening that’s causing your pages to load with old Javascript.

    Hi

    I have the same problem like Maciej. Are there any progress?
    Yesterday everything worked fine but today i moved WP to other server and now i can’t edit/create any row and widget. I changed all URLs in WP and SQL.
    I tried older version (1.5.4) but it still not working.
