I have get this msg call able to edit “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed”. Is there a fix for this?

When the error message is presented, a menu is presented to the right of the message in the form of three vertical dots. Please, try clicking that menu and using the recovery option. Does that resolve the issue?
