Edit Customizer Stall on Loading

Hi All,

I have been having trouble with the ‘edit in customizer’ for any pages. I have tried multiple browsers and cleared my Theme Cache. I am not sure if this is a WP issue or a theme issue which we purchased from the marketplace.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Matt

    Thanks for reaching out.

    There are a few possible causes. Do you perhaps want to start by checking WP and server PHP limits? You can do so using https://wordpress.org/plugins/server-ip-memory-usage/. Let us know what the result is, you’ll find it in the footer of WordPress when logged in.

    Thanks. I reached out to the creator of the theme I use and it was an issue there. They made an update and I got it resolved. Good to know about your solution if it happens again. Thanks.
