    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi DC

Please, send a link to the page concerned, we’ll take a look at the source code and help you locate the form.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the link. The form is being outputted into the main content area of the contact page. When you navigate to PagesContactwhat do you see there? Put another way, the form isn’t in a widget area, it’s being outputted via the page content area.

is it possible to delete the widget from siteorigins widgets & still have that in the page. I just want to edit the contact emails within the widget but dont know where to find it.

    Hi, I Work Here

I’m not quite following the question. To edit the contact email in the widget go to Pages in WordPress, locate the Contact page and edit it, within that page, open the Contact Form widget and edit the settings as required. If you aren’t making progress go to Pages, edit the Contact page and take a screenshot of what you see there, upload the screenshot to imgur.com or similar and send us the link.

It isn’t possible to delete the widget in the page but maintain the form on the front-end. The widget is creating the form, if you delete the widget, the form will be deleted.

    Hi, I Work Here

I can definitely help with this issue, if you could please assist with a little info, it’ll be really helpful in speeding the process up. If you’d prefer not to send a screenshot, please, let me know, is the page in the Classic or the Block Editor. If in the Classic Editor, is the Page Builder tab present next to the Visual and Text tabs? Thanks.

    Hi, I Work Here

I’m logging off for the evening so I thought I’d leave a follow-up.

    A. If you’re working in the Classic Editor and the Page Builder tab isn’t present next to the Visual and Text tabs, try running a plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all non-SiteOrigin plugins. If the Page Builder tab returns with all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated you can reactivate your plugins one by one until the issue re-occurs, that’ll be your conflicting plugin. You only need to reactivate your plugins one by one if a working baseline was found.

    B. If you’re working in the Classic Editor and the Page Builder tab is present you can try clicking on it. Your content will be moved into Page Builder, your shortcodes should then be converted back into widgets.

    Hi, I Work Here

No problem, thanks for the update. If the Page Builder tab is present then you should be able to click on it and move the shortcodes automatically back into Page Builder. If the Page Builder tab isn’t present it means there is possibly a plugin conflict that will need to be resolved, steps above (A).
