    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi pelsar,

If you select a web safe font like Helvetica Neue in the customizer, then Vantage won’t be loading any fonts. Just navigate to Appearance > Customize. Under the Fonts section, select Helvetica Neue for all the fonts.

    Hi, I Work Here

Hi pelsar. Did you perhaps make progress here? Looking at at your source code, I can see that the Vantage Customizer is no longer importing any Google fonts. You’re now making use of Open Sans, the import and necessary styles are being outputted by Easy Google Fonts.

actually not the way i planned..i went the CSS route and just put the font styles directly in Appearance > custom CSS. (google plug in wasn’t working….maybe a conflict somewhere?)

Its working for now and as I learn to use the WP and the template, but if you have any ideas i would love to have them and try them out

    Hi, I Work Here

I’m not sure why that plugin wouldn’t have been working. But the way you’ve done it is perfect and lightweight. No problem there.
