To create a new page is there a way to duplicate an existing page so I can edit from that one?

There’s no way to directly duplicate a page but you can however clone a page. Please create a new page and then enable Page Builder. Then click the Layouts button and select the relevant Clone: Page. Find the desired page you wish to clone, then clone it.
