Duplicate menu problem

Hello. I have a weird thing happening. Normally i can see my website with a great looking menu. But when i dive into Appearance >> Customize, then it shows me duplicate menu (two same menus)? One on top of another. What might be the reason? Polylang?

    Hi Vytenis,

    To be honest, I’m not too sure. It’s possible a plugin such as Polylang could be duplicating the menus but it’s unlikely. I would recommend doing a quick plugin conflict test to try and work out if it’s a plugin doing this.

    Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
