Dropdown Menu on Home Page is not working

I tried adding:

#site-navigation ul li ul.sub-menu, #site-navigation ul li ul.children {
z-index: 100;
}

as mentioned in other posts but it didn’t correct the problem. Please let me know what I should try. I’m using premium but can’t find how to access premium support..
