Drag and drop doesn’t work

Hi, I’m experiencing a problem. I’m using both chrome and safari, and I cannot use the drag and drop function. Does someone could help me? I guess Thats a matter of settings in my bowsers, but I don’t know what to do !

    Hi, actually I have some more information, when design a new page, I can use the drag and drop, but as soon as I save the page as a draft, or if i publish it that is the same. I also have this problem to edit an existing page.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Steps to resolve.

    1. Run all pending updates at Dashboard > Updates.
    2. De-activate all plugins except for Page Builder, re-test.
    3. If the above fails, re-test with all plugins except Page Builder de-activated and a default theme like Twenty Thirteen.
