    Hi Bùi,

To confirm, are you using the latest version of the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle (1.11.2)? I’m unable to replicate this issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins (leave TinyMCE Advanced active) and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Thanks for your help!
I’ve intalled ONLY 3 plugins (Page Builder by SiteOrigin, SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle, TinyMCE Advanced) in my 2 websites. They both are created in Aidahost.com.
The site that work normarly is created few months ago and updated 3 plugins till now
The other site is created few weeks ago and installed the latest updated of 3 plugins.
    That’s so strange.
    Please help me.
    Thank you!

    Hi Bùi,

To confirm, are you using the latest versions of our plugins?
Also, can you please elaborate on how the two plugins don’t work together? Is, for example, the toolbar not showing?

Yes, I’m using the latest version and the toolbar not showing.
    How can I fix it?
    Thank you very much!

    Hi Bùi,

Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsTinyMCE Advanced and drag and drop the Toggle Toolbar button to your first toolbar.

Then please open up a SiteOrigin Editor widget and click the Toggle Toolbar line. Does that work?
You can now remove the Toggle Toolbar button from your toolbar.
