Doesn’t allow to use custom Id for Hero Section

Hi,

I use the Hero Section widget and defined my custom ID to animate contents of the section. Until WP before 5 it worked properly but now if I set my own ID and click “Done”, my ID is not remembered and instead it defaults to something like “mo-hero-section-XXXXXXX” where XXXXX is a number. This happens when a document is saved and reloaded to the editor. This issue breaks my page. Please help me find a fix.     Hi Rafal,

    Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the General tab, untick Sidebar Emulator. Does this issue occur anymore?

    I suspect this issue is related to a recent Sidebar Emulator change so disabling the Sidebar Emulator should temporarily resolve this issue.

    Hi Alex,

    Yes that helped. Turning off the emulator caused the ID in the Hero is no longer replaced with a default one. Thanks.
