does Vantage employ wp_footer()

hi! i am adding the store locator plus plugin to my site and one of the settings suggests turning off ‘Force Load JavaScript’ with the following comment:

These settings change how JavaScript behaves on your site.
*You have Force Load JavaScript ON. Themes that follow WordPress best practices and employ wp_footer() properly do not need this. Leaving it on slows down your site and disables a lot of extra features with the plugin and add-on packs.

can you tell me if i am ok to turn this off with vantage premium?

    Thanks for reaching out. wp_footer() is a requirement for themes on the .org directory. Vantage has it.
