I am wanting to use Page Builder for a website however I am having issues with wanting backgrounds and stuff full width without overlapping the Vertical Menu. Is it possible to use PageBuilder with a vertical menu theme like say Twenty Fifteen?

    SettingsPage BuilderLayoutFull Width Container, change body to #main article.
