Hi Moviles,
Unfortunately, we don’t have any completely translated themes but Origami and SiteOrigin North should have the frontend text completely translated.
I would recommend Loco Translate for simple translations, or for more advanced translation needs (read: multilingual), I would recommend either Polylang (free) or WPML (paid).
