Do you have a sample of what the tabs widget looks like?

I am interested in the premium tabs widget, but I would like to view it on desktop and mobile first. The test/demo site under tabs didn’t work.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a preview for this widget at this time.
The Tabs widget is actually a free widget included in the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle and contains additional upgrades in a SiteOrigin Premium upgrade. Once installed, please navigate to WP AdminOluginsSiteOrigin Widgets and activate the tabs widget. I would recommend giving it a try before updating.
