    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi JungleNYC

    Thanks for the wait.

This looks like it could be a plugin conflict issue, most likely related to conflicting JavaScript. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

Well, crap. It was some sort of conflict. I dont’ run that many plugins, but when I turned them all off PB worked perfectly. Then i activated my must-have plugins 1-by-1, and PB still works perfectly. So it’s one of the plugins I don’t currently need running.

Would you like me to figure out which one it is? Or do you kind of not care at this point (which I would understand, lol).

    Hi, I Work Here

Super, really glad to hear you’ve made progress. If you’re feeling motivated, sure, it’s always helpful to know which plugin caused the conflict. If not, no worries :)

    Hi, I Work Here

Could you perhaps email me a copy of the plugin to Private Snippet. I’ll take a look at the problem. Please, make the email out to Andrew. Thanks.
