Disabled Tab “Scroll to Top,” still experiencing page jump.

I have recently added in tabs as a widget on my site with multiple tabs, some content is longer/shorter. I disabled the “Scroll to Top” setting after some troubleshooting, and clicking across the tabs was smooth and there was no page jump. I’ve been consistently updating the page but after not having changed the settings, there is now a page jump again. I have tried turning the “Scroll to Top” function on and back off again, cleared my cache, and it looks like the page jump is still occurring. Is there something that I am missing? Why did it work at first, but now after making updates, the disabled scroll setting is no longer working?
