Hi Guys.
I am a premium user but cannot find the premium support so I’ll try my luck here.
In the same project, when I insert a row on a page I get this:
When I insert a row on another page, I get this:
Now in the styles without the “theme” option, row background pictures do not work
as to in the style options WITH the theme option, they do.
What am I doing wrong in the live editor that 2 different types of rows can be generated?
LOVE the Vantage them and pagebuilder by the way.
Have a nice day.

Hi Harold,
Okay so the theme settings group you’re seeing is actually a legacy Vantage settings group. To clarify, is there anything different with how you’re accessing the working and non-working pages?
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Page: Dashboard (please refer to the support tab). Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.

Hi Alex. No. That’s why I am puzzled. I am talking homepage and any other page.
When added a row to homepage the “theme” option is not there. On all other pages it is.
That would be the only difference.

OK, thanks… will do.

Sorry, but I don’t seem to be able to set up premium support. I went to my dashboard, but the support link top left is dead.
Anyway… I have added the user as you have noticed.
Search in “pages” for “Coimbatore” (select bottom link in the results) – this one has the theme included.
Select the home page to find that it does not have the “theme” button.
When you search for “Goa” – which is a similar page as Coimbatore, it also does not have the theme button and logical-wise it should have (I think).
Thanks for your efforts guys!
Harold

Hi Harold,
Okay, so as mentioned, the theme settings group you’re referring to is a legacy settings group. What I forgot to mention is that not all pages will see the old legacy settings. Newer pages/posts will not and the custom home page won’t either (as it’s a special page and ignores the check). This explains why you’re able to see the theme setting group on all of your older pages while you can’t with your home page. This is like this for backwards compatibility.
You can disable the old theme settings group by adding some special data to your page. Please note that by doing this you will break any settings previously set via the theme settings group. You’ll need to set them up again via the design settings group.
Please open a page that has a theme settings group, and scroll down to the custom fields metabox. If you can’t see this box, please scroll to the top and open the Screen Options and tick Custom Field. Scroll down to the custom fields box.
Click Enter New and add a new field called vantage_panels_no_legacy and set the value to true. Click Add Custom Field and save the page.
Hi Alex
It looks that you are in Australia too!
Thanks for all that effort you have put in mate
I really can live with this situation so as far as I am concerned you don’t have to bother Greg with this. Just thought there was a quick solution and I was curious about it.
I am going to fiddle with your suggestions and see what happens.
Thanks again.
Harold.
