Different Header for mobile site

I wanted to have a different header for mobile users and was wondering if this is possible, as the header for desktop doesnt look as good and isnt as readable as on a mobile device

Vantage premium offers a beautifully responsive menu that will work well on any and all devices. Premium also includes a host of other features that I think you’ll really like (please refer to AppearanceVantage Premium in your sites WP Admin area for a full list of features). If you’re limited by budget I would recommend the Responsive Menu plugin. It’s not as good but it’ll offer an improvement in terms of readability.
