Detect if a page has a widget

Hi SO,

is there a way to test if a particular widget is used in a page that has been built using page builder?

I wish to do this as page load time in order to determine if extra resources are needed for that page.

I just found the

panels_data
```
meta-field in the database, which holds a list of all the widgets used!
