Default Template messed up

For the life of me I can’t figure out what I changed, but the Default Template now has no padding on the sides. The page and menu bar are located all the way to the left side of the screen, while my other pages using “Full Width” start further in. I want to use the Default Template for my home page but want the spacing to match the other pages.

You can see what I’m talking about at http://jcscfitness.com. Notice it is all the way to the left. But any of the other pages, like http://jcscfitness.com/rates, or http://jcscfitness.com/links have a padding on both sides. Specifically look at the menu.

I’ve poked around the customize theme menu a hundred times and can’t find how to fix this. It all matched until I was making a couple of changes in the theme settings but I can’t set it back even though I believe I’ve reversed all of my settings. Any help would be appreciated.
