Default Footer does not show in full width

9 years ago · Last reply by Sabine Martin 9 years ago

Hello,

there is something wrong with my footer. It does not use the full width. There are 3 widgets placed there and they are too close to each other. All together they use about one third of the page width. When I change to a vertival footer design everythings right. How can I fix this. I can find the setting for the footer width.
Please take a look at http://www.harkun.de

Thanks a lot,
Sabine

    Hi Sabine,

    This appears to be related to Polylang. I’ll log this as a bug. In the meantime, you’ll need to move your footer widgets into a Layout Builder to avoid this issue. To clarify, a layout builder is a Page Builder in widget form so you’ll get far greater control over your footer area and thus bypass this issue.

    Once you’ve moved them, please add the following CSS to WP AdminAppearanceCustom CSS:

    #footer-widgets .widget {
    	width: 100%;
    }

    You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
