it sometimes happens, that I need a widget, that I deleted some times ago.
Is there a way, to leave it in page builder and simply deactivate it, so that I can activate it again when needed?

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible at this time. I’ve marked this thread as a feature request. We often look through these threads to get ideas for what to add in our future updates. Hopefully, we’ll be able to add this in a future update.
