Customizer Choices are limited

I have Vantage Premium theme loaded, but when I go to the customizer I see a brief glimpse of my choices (including color) and then they disappear. I do not have this problem with the Origami theme. I have tested in Safari and in Chrome.

I checked the forums and saw that someone else had the issue with I.E. but not with Chrome.
